Smith Makes National Headlines

The 2014 York Revolution season concluded with a loss in Game 5 of the Division Series to the Sugar Land Skeeters, but the team gave fans a moment they’ll never forget during the playoff series.  Sean Smith’s game-tying homer in the 8th inning of Game 3 led to a dramatic win, but also produced perhaps the most iconic moment in Revs history as Smith hopped around the bases on one foot after tearing his patella tendon.  The moment, and WOYK’s audio, was shown on television and other media outlets nationwide.  Click the video below to watch.
